Building on the experience of the management of STP&I Public Company Limited (“STPI” is listed in the SET) who have been in the construction and real estate industry long before, together with its assets of over 1,000 rai of land in Chonburi and Rayong province, and the factory and warehouse buildings for an area of more than 300 rai at Laem Chabang Port, STPI has allocated a specific investment budget of Baht 3,000 million for the purchase of warehouses that are already built with high occupancy, including office building and shopping complex, to expand its business opportunity in this sector.
